I got an e-mail stating that my mailbox is over quota, what do I do?
Solution
If you are not the administrator of the site than you must free up space in your mailbox by deleting extra mail. Pay special attention to large attachments. The size of each mail is listed on the right-hand-side of your webmail interface. You should notify your administrator if you need a larger email box.

If you are an administrator for the domain, you can instruct your user as stated above, or you can increase the quota on the offending mailbox. See "How do I change mailbox quota?" Remember that your account has limited space, and email boxes count toward this space. If you need more space you can purchase it through the control panel with the link next to disk quota in the left hand column.
